At My Forever and Ever, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day refund policy, subject to the terms below.


14-Day Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.


No Physical Returns Required

We do not require returned products to process a refund.

To qualify, customers must provide clear photographic evidence demonstrating that the product does not meet expected standards.


Refund Request Requirements

  • At least one clear image showing the problem with the product

Failure to provide adequate information or images may result in denial of the refund request.

Limits & Abuse Prevention

  • Deny refund requests that show signs of fraud, abuse, or excessive repeat claims

  • Refuse refunds for products that appear intentionally damaged, altered, or misused

Accounts associated with repeated refund requests may be restricted or denied future refunds.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made outside the 14-day window

  • No image evidence is provided

  • The provided images do not reasonably demonstrate a defect or issue

  • The product has been misused or damaged after delivery

  • The claim appears inconsistent with order history or prior refund activity


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
Approved refunds may be followed by placing a new order if desired.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photo evidence so we can evaluate the situation.
